Implementation grant#

Anyone may implement this specification, for any purpose, without permission, notification, or fee. Painted Wolf LLC has published an irrevocable patent non-assertion covenant covering every implementation — see PATENTS.md.

A licence on the prose is not a licence to implement — it never needed to be. This paragraph exists so that nobody has to ask.
